How to connect my Nintendo Wii to the internet using my laptop?
I have a Nintendo Wii, and I would like to know how I can connect my Wii to the internet using my laptop. I have Alltel wireless but no router and no Nintendo USB Wifi connector of any type. Is there another alternative as to how I can connect my Nintendo Wii to the internet using my laptop?

You’re going to have to get the USB Ethernet connector :
http://store.nintendo.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=117712¤cy=USD&catalogId=10001&tranId=0&lastAction=setCurr&storeId=10001&languageId=-1&categoryId=62707&ddkey=http:SetCurrencyPreference
And set up your laptop to share the internet connection. You’ll then need to connect the Wii to the laptop directly using a cros-over cable, or get a small hub/switch and 2 standard ethernet cables to connect them.
Then the internet from your wireless laptop will be shared with the Wii for access.

The best thing to do is buy a Wireless Router or the Nintendo WiFi Adapter, but you can also use your laptop to share your internet to your Wii.
Just follow this guide:
